- SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS (Male): 5 years
- General (Female): 5 years

- State Government employees and dependents of deceased Police Officers/Officials: 3 years.

Qualification:
- Must hold a Degree from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, or declared to be deemed as University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government in consultation with the Commission.
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

Rajasthan Police SI Recruitment 2025 Eligible Criteria
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script.
- Knowledge of Rajasthan Culture.
- Candidates appearing in the final year of their qualifying examination are eligible, but must provide proof of passing before the interview.
- Physical Fitness (Rule 14):
- Male: Height not less than 168 cm, Chest deflated 81 cm, inflated 86 cm (minimum 5 cm expansion).
- Female: Height not less than 152 cm, Weight not less than 47.5 kg (except Sahariya candidates).
- SC/ST Candidates: Height and chest measurements can be relaxed by 5 cm if requisite numbers of suitable candidates are not available.
- Garhwali and Gurkha candidates: Height not less than 160 cm, Chest deflated 79 cm, inflated 84 cm.
